Impress Launches a Website for Investor Awareness Index, Inc.


Chatsworth CA—Impress Communications, a leading communications company, is proud to announce the launch of the Investor Awareness Index website, located at . The Index offers the first rating service to help today’s investors support investment decisions. This new rating service takes a revolutionary look at Publicly Traded Companies and the importance of reaching out to the investment community and creating awareness in today’s competitive marketplace.

The Investor Awareness Index required a web presence that clearly communicates its unique service to a diverse user base, consisting of mainly of Investors and Investment Groups, who would be using the site as a useful tool in assessing an investment opportunity.

Mitigating the challenges of presenting information-heavy content in an intuitive format, Impress designed an easily navigable user interface where all information was no more than two clicks away. "The design and functionality of the site were given careful consideration, providing visitors with the best possible user experience,” says Nancy Lisch, Senior Web Designer and Front-end Developer for Impress. “Site visitors will appreciate the various types of dynamic content that is served throughout the site, especially on the scoring pages."

In addition to providing the ability to look up any publicly traded company’s Investor Awareness rating, visitors can go to the site to complete a questionnaire to have a company rated that has not yet been scored. To manage the site, the client required a robust back-end solution that includes: administrative capability to easily manage the questionnaire database and user information as well as a customized Content Management System that allows the Investor Awareness Index to make regular updates to their site. The site also integrates an advanced ad sever that provides precision ad targeting and delivery to the site.

Executive Director Paul Marino explains, "Impress worked closely with IAI to determine their objectives as well as their business, user, technical and creative requirements. Throughout the site development we continued to fine tune the site interface and functionality until it perfectly suited their audience’s needs."

Marino continues, “With several Web 2.0 online marketing strategies already in place, such as an RSS feed, website optimization, online newsletter and social bookmarking, this site is positioned to become a leading destination for those in the investment community."
